As of this morning I gained .2 lbs. Not bad. Wish I would have lost instead. Worked out today using Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. Still cannot get all the way through it. It is easier than it was though. Need to do it more often. Trying to make myself do the dvd like I should. This could be the winning combination, Jillian Michaels Fat Burner and 30 Day Shred. Fingers crossed!

Made homemade chicken fried rice last night. Boneless skinless chicken breast chopped up and fried in a touch of olive oil, white rice fried in a touch of olive oil, peas, and egg which was also fried in olive oil. It is pretty tasty!
