Losing weight. Lost 20 lbs already

Decreased sodium in my diet (read the labels, everything has sodium in it), decreased the amount of soda I drink. I only drink it if we go out. Mostly I drink cold water. I eat less food at each setting. When I am hungry I eat. I just eat less. I put less on my plate, use smaller plates to make my mind think I am eating the same amount. When I am full, I stop. It doesn't matter if there is only 1 bite left, I leave it there.
